Thoughts

I couldn’t have asked for a better big brother, I have so many lovely and special memories. I will miss you more than words can say and you will forever be in my heart and in my thoughts along with Dad 💔❤️

The past year has been one of tremendous loss and grief for our family. Losing my Dad and then my brother within a year of one another has been difficult to say the least. Life will never be quite the same again! Nigel was always the annoying younger brother. He always took great pleasure in deliberately winding up his older sister, his own special talent! My sister, Clare was the designated peacekeeper. She was forced to sit between us on road trips to prevent World War 3 from breaking out! In later years we reached an understanding and waved the white flag. I remember Nigel as a happy child who was popular with his friends. He had fun around the neighbourhood and loved a good prank often at the expense of a certain neighbour! He always loved a good prank and payback! I will always be proud of the way our family came together last July duringva time of sadness and loss. Nigel was always willing to pitch in, work hard and get the job done. We shared some great stories, insights, trips down memory lane and many cups of tea! Nigel loved his family. He was a dutiful son who cared deeply. He enjoyed good food and drink, fishing, birdwatching and spending time in Marloes Pembrokeshire where we spent many happy childhood holidays. He loved life and the outdoors. He left us all way too soon. We will miss him but will continue to honour his memory by sharing stories and supporting those that he left behind. I hope that you and Dad are walking along the beach at Marloes looking for aerosol cans! You both loved a good fire! Rest easy xxx
